The Infrastructure

45MW Solar Compute Hub

We’ve secured and developed a 45MW solar park — the Trakia Solar Farm in Bulgaria — which forms the foundation of Habitat’s real-world energy infrastructure. This facility will power Habitat’s first compute deployment.

The 45MW solar park in Trakia, Bulgaria, is a fully constructed and operational asset, valued at over $34 million USD. It is a cornerstone of the Habitat ecosystem, providing renewable energy that will power our upcoming AI, compute, mining, and storage facilities.

At this stage, the solar farm is ready to supply energy to Habitat's infrastructure as we build out the next phases. This includes:

  • Solar Panels: 79,056 units providing a clean and reliable energy source.

  • Inverters and Electrical Infrastructure: Critical components in the conversion and distribution of solar energy.

  • Substation and Storage: Ensuring efficient energy flow and availability for computing needs.

The next step is to install the compute infrastructure (such as AI factories and high-performance computing clusters), decentralized storage systems, and modular data center expansion. These components will be deployed over the coming months, powered by the renewable energy produced by this solar park.
