Roadmap
Building a globally distributed, clean compute economy, one milestone at a time
The Habitat roadmap outlines a carefully sequenced growth plan. Each phase focuses on expanding infrastructure, maturing protocol systems, and growing the broader ecosystem. From token launch to real-world deployment, the vision is to power the next generation of AI and Web3 computing using clean, surplus energy.
Milestone Genesis Block
Token Launch and Ecosystem Genesis
Habitat begins with the launch of the $HABITAT token, following a full audit and smart contract deployment on the Solana Network. The website, media and social channels go live, and the token becomes the core entry point into the network. This moment sets the foundation for Habitat.
Milestone Initial Infrastructure
Infrastructure Comes Online
The first batch of solar-powered mining and compute hardware is acquired and deployed. In parallel, core protocols like Yield Forge and Liquid Vow enter development to support staking and liquidity functions. Community engagement programs and early partnerships to be launched.
Milestone Liquidity Layer
Protocol Expansion and Ecosystem Growth
With Batch 2 hardware acquired and deployed and the Adapt-Fi protocol in development, Habitat increases its physical, digital, and social footprint as well as its on-chain capabilities.
New design drafts will be introduced for escrow contracts, oracle integrations, and stable-value infrastructure. Educational outreach expands to onboard users and developers alike.
Milestone Grid Expansion
Marketplace Economy and Global Scaling
Batch 3 compute hardware is activated. Alongside this, the first version of the Marketplace Economy goes live, allowing tokenized access to compute power. The team begins identifying new locations where surplus energy is available for future deployments. Revenue flow begins through the redemption of Energy Vouchers.
Milestone Oracle Settlement Layer
Service Agreements and Utility Alignment
Habitat introduces the Charter protocol, which enables tokenized agreements for future compute access. This marks a deeper integration of off-chain utility with on-chain financial instruments. Enterprise partnerships, media coverage, and cross-industry relationships expand during this stage.
Milestone Marketplace Ecosystem
Dedicated Infrastructure and Commercial Onboarding
With the Charter and Marketplace systems live, Habitat begins development of its first custom-built data center. This facility is designed for high-performance, energy-efficient compute. The onboarding program officially launches, targeting developers, infrastructure providers, and institutional partners.
Milestone Core Infrastructure
Operational Footprint and Global Expansion
The data center becomes fully operational. Habitat scales its infrastructure into new high-potential regions that offer underutilized renewable energy. Community outreach and ecosystem support grow in parallel to support broader adoption.
Milestone Innovation Cycle (Loop)
Product Innovation and Network Flexibility
Research and development reach full speed. A wave of experimental hardware, tools and protocol updates are introduced, enhancing performance and adaptability. Builder tools and user interfaces are improved to support wider participation and lower onboarding friction.
Continuous: Growth Blueprint
Long-Term Funding and Ecosystem Sustainability
Habitat begins pursuing strategic public funding opportunities, especially in the EU. Select internal products and tools are transitioned into independent ventures, attracting external investment while remaining connected to the core ecosystem. As token, protocol, and infrastructure activity feed into one another, Habitat becomes a fully circular and self-reinforcing economic network.
